The dream
A point of land, late light, and a slow drink. This concept imagines a calm room that lets the lake do the talking: Japandi quiet, white-oak warmth, a loft that floats above the living below.
Form follows function
Casita 184 Plus tuned to a south-west exposure: vaulted living under a 20-ft ridge, a generous veranda over the granite shelf, sleeping loft with operable clerestory glazing. Yakisugi cedar handles the weather; oak millwork handles the touch.
