1. Who we are

GreenHomes Muskoka Inc. ("GreenHomes," "we," "our") is an Ontario corporation building turnkey custom homes and cottages in the Muskoka region. Our office is located in Bracebridge, Ontario. [Confirm registered address with counsel.]

2. Acceptance

By using greenhomes.ca, requesting a proposal, signing a digital agreement, or otherwise interacting with our online tools, you agree to these Terms.

3. Estimates & proposals

Online estimates are budgetary indications based on the parameters you provide and our standard model platforms. They are not binding offers. A binding price is established only by a signed Purchase & Sale Agreement after design completion.

4. Digital agreements & e-signatures

We use electronic signatures under Ontario's Electronic Commerce Act, 2000. Typing your name and confirming consent on a sign page constitutes your legal signature. We record the signed name, IP address, and timestamp.

5. Payments

Design retainers and booking deposits are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Retainers are credited to the construction contract per the PCDA. Booking deposits secure production slots per the PSA and are non-refundable once a production slot is locked, except as expressly stated. [Refund language to be reviewed with counsel.]

6. Intellectual property

All drawings, specifications, photographs, and content on this site are owned by GreenHomes. You may share links to our public pages, but reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, GreenHomes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our online tools. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Counsel review.]

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
